Ordering and Quotes

Choose the quantity of the products you want and click ADD TO CART. In the upper right corner you will see the cart icon. Click that to show a view of what is in the cart. In that view, at the bottom click the VIEW MY CART button. Check to make sure you have the products and quantities you desire. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. In the check out page you can upload a logo, fill in your contact information, shipping, and billing addresses. Click the Place Order button. ** You will be contacted to review your order, go over payment and shipping methods **

Other quantities

Many products can be purchased at below the minimum quantity listed, there will be an additional charge for order of less than the stated minimum quantity in the listing.

Art services

Vector File Artwork is prefered – AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS (Encapsulated PostScript), PDF (Portable Document Format), and SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics). Raster Files – JPEG, GIF, or PNG will be accepted though an Art Set Up charge may be applied to make it compatible.

Other Charges

Many products include a set up fee, depending on the quantity you order the price may be LESS THAN what you see in the cart. You will be contacted after you order, before your credit card is charged we will discuss all costs and you will receive in writing the exact cost of your order

Proofs

When available proof approval is needed for imprinted and customized items. To ensure accuracy of production, proofs will be emailed at no charge. Proofing is not available on all products

Production Time 

Standard production time is 10-15 business days after an order is received or after proof is approved, plus shipping time.

Over/Under Run Policy

Large glassware orders (250+) are subject to an industry-standard 5% over/under run policy and charges.

Return Policy

Imprinted and customized items can not be returned unless damaged in transit. Blank returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns cannot be accepted without prior written authorization
Defects in materials and workmanship will be corrected without charge.
Crystal Products: Please be aware that even in the finest crystal, minor variations in clarity can occur. Occasional air bubbles, chill marks or flow lines are inevitable. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

Freight Claims and Breakage

We carefully package all shipments to ensure safe arrival. In the unlikely event of breakage in transit, We will file the claim with the freight carrier.

Please do the following:

     1. Open immediately upon receipt and inspect all contents.

     2. In the event of breakage you must save the outer carton, all packing materials and contents.

     3. Report the damage within 48 hours to us directly at 1-203-704-0126

Following this procedure will help ensure timely replacement of your merchandise. No claims for damage or shortage will be honored after 10 days from receipt of goods. 

PROP 65 WARNING

Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead – a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm

Made in the USA

Made in the USA means either the entire product is made in the USA, part of the product is made in the USA, or the product is imprinted or decorated in the USA.
